Bug Description
When attempting to install updates in muon-updater, clicking Install Updates immediately returns a dialog box stating "This operation cannot continue since proper authorisation was not provided", without first asking for a password.
Reinstalling polkit-kde-1 does not help, killing qaptworker2 does not help.
Actual behaviour: the above error message.
Expected behaviour: software asks for password, installs updates
