ogv file generated ends too soon

A 15 sec ogv movie generated by ffmpeg2theora version 29 (i.e. the current version) ends too soon. Using "-e 15" or "-e 16" doesn't help. However, encoding the movie with version 28 of ffmpeg2theora generates the correct output. The input file RouteA1.mp4 and the two output files may be run, and download, from the following URL:

Is there a way to discover what the arguments passéd to ffmpeg by ffmpeg2theora are? I haven't been able to get close to the quality of output generated by ffmpeg2theora by fiddling with them on my own...
