Bug Description

The default short cut: Ctrl+Space works fine, however, I use to change it always to Super+Space (I have my own reasons).

Using Quantal and previous versions of Ubuntu, synapse always remember when I change the short cut combination.

However, using Trusty (and using the PPA version of synapse), I can change the combination using the GUI, but, that is not saved when you restart the computer, it is always reset to Ctrl+Space.
