1. Create new environment (CentOS, simple mode)
2. Choose Ceilometer for installing
3. Add controller, compute and cinder
4. Move to tab with networks
5. Untag Storage and Fixed networks
6. Switch to VLAN Manager
7. Validation doesn't work for fixed network (see screen). Verification is successful
