The error produced is definitely the same as #728678, but I have the problem in PyGTK, running both python 2 and python 3.
In my case it appears when I try to use GtkGrid in Python...

I've attached a small program in Python to show what happens.

Just running the program (either Python 2 or 3) will produce 2 instances of the error message.
