Bug Description

Install step fails because Arndale can't download git from the network (networking isn't supported in LSK).

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
 <LAVA_TEST_RUNNER>: 0_pwrmgmt installer failed, exiting

This happens after pm-qa test definition was changed to use released version of pm-qa. Before that all dependencies were included in the image. Currently package git is missing and for this reason the installer on the target fails.

Please include git in the Ubuntu 'developer' rootfs.

It seems the only missing piece in the Ubuntu 'developer' rootfs was git. Changing the title and description to reflect that.
