Bug Description
The Client API code acts a bit differently from all our other API Facades
a) It is the only one Embedded in srvRoot instead of being just another factory method
b) It is the only one that makes use of dataDir from srvRoot (apparently this is only because system-identity only existed on disk, and didn't use to be written into the database. However for HA we needed to write it to the database in order to share it better between HA servers.)
