Bug Description
My bootstrap machine became uncontactable. After logging in I realised the disk was full, and then saw this:
root@juju-
total 48G
-rw-r----- 1 syslog adm 25G May 13 06:38 all-machines.log
-rw------- 1 syslog syslog 883 Apr 23 09:22 ca-cert.pem
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 23G May 15 00:28 machine-0.log
-rw------- 1 syslog syslog 830 Apr 23 09:22 rsyslog-cert.pem
-rw------- 1 syslog syslog 887 Apr 23 09:22 rsyslog-key.pem
