Logs are not rotated

My bootstrap machine became uncontactable. After logging in I realised the disk was full, and then saw this:

-rw------- 1 syslog syslog 883 Apr 23 09:22 ca-cert.pem

-rw------- 1 syslog syslog 830 Apr 23 09:22 rsyslog-cert.pem
-rw------- 1 syslog syslog 887 Apr 23 09:22 rsyslog-key.pem

Please ensure the logs get rotated!

Been on the cards for a long time. I believe we're planning to make some significant changes to logging infrastructure this cycle, so that'll probably be an opportune time to do this.

And please consider reducing the log parts that are pretty useless.
