Bug Description
The ECD basemap doesn't work anymore, i.e.: http://
The error is:
"Wrong apikey"
Probably:
- They don't allow using their tiles without licence anymore
- The API key is expired

Confirmed: they don't work also in the old platform-dev installation and on my local old copy. It seems not related to the settings.py changes.
