need to update image tags for deploy_savanna_simple test

Savanna team updated there image with new tags. so we should update this image too on CI and change md5sum of image in out system test.

Latest version of image can be found http://sahara-files.mirantis.com/savanna-0.3-vanilla-1.2.1-ubuntu-13.04.qcow2

Also we shoud update doc with correct links for platform test(ostf)

    fix tags for sahara image

    We use savanna tags in deploy_sahara_test
    those leads to failure of ostf.
