Bug Description
As we've been providing xls test reports to our customer, we hope the format of xls report generated from checkbox-gui keeps the same as legacy checkbox.
e.g.
- xls report generated from legacy checkbox have "System Info", "Summary", "Test Results", "Test Descriptions", "Log Files" tabs
- Name for tests don't need to include the provider prefix
- Width of Column C in "Test Results" tab fit the ' ✔' well (the new report for this column is too wide)
