Bug Description
I'm trying out the new x86 emulator for android on trusty using the phablet-tools PPA. I've noticed that "adb reboot" just hangs and doesn't reboot the target. This would be a really helpful feature to support so that the Ubuntu CI scripts can treat an emulator like an ordinary device once we have it provisioned.
