Falcon does not support .ddebs

Falcon does not consider .ddebs to be "package files":

I guess this not really a bug but a wishlist item, but it would be really cool if I could host those debug symbol debs in falcon.

(And yes, i was using alpha *2* this time :))

I've never really used .ddebs -- are they completely equivalent to .deb
files? Is one generated per source or per binary package? How are they
generated?

However, they are not very detailed/up to date. I suggest you install the "pkg-create-dbgsym" package, then build some (binary) packages. "pkg-create-dbgsym" is a wrapper around dh_strip which will automatically create .ddebs for you - not set up required if your package uses dh_strip in debian/rules.

I can also provide you with some .ddebs if you'd prefer that.

I've just extracted a control.tar.gz from a .ddeb, it only contains a "control" file with the following content:
