[Asus P8H77-M PRO] No comeback from sleep

Hi,
This problem didn't exist with Ubuntu 12.04.
I upgraded to 14.04. Now each time the system goes to sleep, I can't wake it up.
The machine looks normally sleeping (led flashes) but no reaction with mouse or keyboard.

Same thing on a customer's machine with an AMD athlong 64 X2 4000+ and a 8400gt.
It's using proprietary driver.

Strange thing : If I change ACPI Suspend Type from S1&S3 to S1(POS), then it goes to sleep (with a strange signal to monitor) then comes back without problem.

Maybe it's a kernel problem.

Jaufré Aligé, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. As per http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P8H77-M%20PRO&os=8 an update to your BIOS is available (1503). If you update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BiosUpdate does it change anything? If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Please note your current BIOS is already in the Bug Description, so posting this on the old BIOS would not be helpful.

It looks fixed on my own computer but my customer's motherboard (M2A-VM) is way too old lol.
If we are only compatible with last motherboards... it's like using wind**s :-(
