Bug Description
Hello,
I am trying to fsck an image of a ntfs partition using fsck on the command line.
My understanding is that fsck should call fsck.ntfs, but there is no fsck.ntfs on my system, just ntfsck from the ntfs-3g package:
$ dpkg -S $( which ntfsck )
ntfs-3g: /bin/ntfsck
The error msg that I am getting is this one:
$ fsck -t ntfs /media/
fsck von util-linux 2.20.1
fsck: fsck.ntfs: not found
fsck: error 2 while executing fsck.ntfs for/media/
There is no installation candidate for ntfsprogs, apt-cache search ntfsprogs returns no results.
This is a xubuntu 14.04 64 bit system.

There is no true fsck for ntfs. The only way to properly fsck an ntfs volume is with the chkdsk utility on Windows.
