Bug Description

I have been unable to update Piwik using Ubuntu 14.04 i386.

The error I get is:

"Abort pclzip.lib.php : Missing zlib extensions"

Package versions:

php5: 5.5.9+dfsg-1ubuntu4

$ php -r 'var_dump(function_exists("gzopen"));'
bool(false)

$ php -r 'var_dump(function_exists("gzopen64"));'
bool(true)
-----------------

This bug seems to be a reintroduction of the following bug:

Cannot upgrade piwigo also as it use the same lib
