Right-click on another note works not as expected when the edited note is empty

Bug Description
How to reproduce: left-click to create new empty note, then right-click on other note.
Expected result: the new empty note is deleted, context menu for the other note is shown.
Actual result: program used to crash upon this action. Now temporary fix is implemented which prevents the crash, but leaves the new note undeleted and does not always leave the edit state (=> inappropriate context menu)
