Bug Description
I used to be able to make an ellipse or a text box and then rotate it to an arbitrary angle. There appears to be no way to do this anymore. Lack of this feature forces me to not use Shutter.

Shutter is fantastic. I use it constantly. The ability to freely rotate images pasted (as layers) would be a very useful addition.
