Bug Description

Sometimes we have failing tests, but we are not able extract diagnostic information from the environments as diagnostic snapshot is usually generated by nailgun.

We need to add code to devops library to use libguestfs to extract logs and all other necessary data from the environments.

virt-log (manual: http://libguestfs.org/virt-log.1.html source: https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs/blob/master/cat/log.c) may be relevant here. It can decode the log files from the journal and Windows event logs.
