Cannot reset a reminder that's been marked as "Done"

Bug Description
Once a reminder has been marked as Done, it cannot be reset. Steps to reproduce.
1. Go to the Reminders tab
2. Swipe out an active reminder and watch it go down to the "Done" section
3. Tap on that same reminder marked as "Done"
4. On the reminder's note page, pull up the toolbar from the bottom and click on the reminder icon
5. Set the date to the future to re-enable the reminder
Actual:
- The reminder remains in the "Done" section
Expected:
- The reminder moves up under an appropriate date header
