Support for Lifebook T904

Hi,

I recently received a Lifebook T904 which contains a touchscreen and stylus digitizer (both provided by Wacom ISDv4 5002)

I tried to use Magick Rotation to automatically rotate the screen when going to tablet mode.

It correctly detects that the transition happened and rotates the screen, but the touch- and stylus doesn't get rotated.

Rotation of these two inputs can be archieved by running `xsetwacom --set $id rotate $rotation` for both ids.

Also one feature request:

Allow to configure the touchpad to be disabled when in tablet mode. When the laptop is in tablet mode, my touchpad does some strange movements (probably caused by the digitizer being so near). So an option to disable the touchpad when in tablet mode would be nice!
