Sort by host: Allow to display cookies in a flat view

Bug Description
Using the Ctrl+click on the site column, to sort cookies by host, the view do not display a tree but a flat view.
The sort order do not change if the sort mode is different.
Redo a simple click on the site column, bring back the normal tree view.
