Murano gate jobs fail with "AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'is_valid'"

All Murano dsvm tests fail with the following error message:
AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'is_valid'

Probably this is caused by a change in Tempest. We need to adopt Murano tests to that (yet unknown) change

The Manager class in tempest changed to require a credentials object instead of username, password.

    Fix credentials passed to tempest

    Tempest auth Manager recently changed to enforce the use of
    Credentials objects in its public interface. Change lets tempest
    take the CONF.identity defaults and decide how best to authorize.
