Bug Description
If you use redstack in an environment where your userid isn't "ubuntu", instance creation will fail because the userid created on the guest will not have ownership of its home directory. It ends up being owned by root instead. This causes the rsync of the guest agent code to fail because it doesn't have write access to homedir.
