Bug Description

After successfully doing a "nova rebuild --preserve_ephemeral" I then issued a "nova delete" to delete the instance and I noticed that the 'pxe_preserve_ephemeral' parameter from the node.driver_info (set by the rebuild command) wasn't removed as part of the node tear_down, it should because now if I deploy another instance on that node it's going to preserve the ephemeral disk.

    Fix 'pxe_preserve_ephemeral' parameter leakage

Add 'pxe_preserve_ephemeral' to the list of parameters to be removed
from the node when tearing it down to prevent it from leaking from one
