nm-applet crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_combo_box_set_model()

Using IP3945 chipset.

Network manager is failing to associate with wireless network on boot up.

One wireless has failed to associate, and message is logged in daemon.log to that effect, I tried to do a 'connect to other wireless network' which is what caused the SEGV.

HP nc8430 laptop: with integrated broadcom 4311 WLAN

WLAN does not work, wireless network is not found at all, but in addition to feisty, the network manager also crashes. Hence, this bug report.
