Bug Description
When running vmgroup type job host isn't aware of failures in guests. So if guest VM fails and quits for some reason, host keeps on running until it hits the timeout. Example:

One of the VMs failed to start due to 'device busy' error. However the host is waiting for the lava_vm_stop signal.
