models.dat is not installed when using --enable-lite-build so scanning does not work

What the summary says.
Printing works fine with a "lite build", but scanning software like xsane does not find the scanner unless I manually install /usr/share/hplip/data/models/models.dat
I am using 3.14.4 on Arch Linux.

The only other obvious issue with a lite build is that it still installs these, even though they won't work:
/usr/lib/systemd/system/hplip-printer@.service
/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/56-hpmud.rules
