Bug Description
In release 14.04 emacs24 has a cosmetic bug in the toolbar display. The theme does not apply properly, leaving an ugly stripe. This is not present in previous Ubuntu releases.
I have attached an image of the problem.
This issue obviously does not affect performance in any way.
