Bug Description
On Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 with apt 1.0.x, apt-get exits even though I press Y when prompted. This happened to me rarely, maybe 1 time out of 20, but I'm not sure. It may be a random behaviour.
Unfortunately, there's no log of this faulty behaviour in /var/log/
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
...
...
...
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] y
exiting.
My system uses Italian language, so these might not be the exac translation.
Thank you!

Sorry that you only just got attention to this problem. Did you type anything before the choice entry because sometimes I type accidentally a character before the choice entry and I type 'y' in and press Enter and it says Abort.' But I realise that I accidentally type a character before.
