How to reproduce:
1. Setting - Keyboard - Shortcuts - Navigation
2. Disable the "Switch to workspace left" shortcut using backspace
3. Close Setting application
3. Go to sleep mode or reboot the computer
What should happen:
The setting value should be "Disable"
What happens instead:
The setting value is default value "Ctrl+Alt+Left"

Same problem here. My custom keyboard shortcuts are reset at reboot. It does not happen all the time, but it happens regularly enough to become annoying.
