Bug Description

Peter and Guy reported that overall memory usage for CMP is high. On average, it is 140-170MB per CMP. The current max JVM heap size is set at 4GB.

So it is critical to reduce the number CMPs.

This fix reduces the CMPs per executor from 3 to 2.
