I can not explain, but compiz really act up in 14.04 some times just start to act up and system feels broken.

Well sometimes it eats all the memory and then compiz crashes, sometime mouse cursor acts up really badly.
I know this is very vague descriptions sorry for that but it just acts up a lot, sorry for posting such a bad report I think it is better to close this bug report.

That's better! Now I can understand your problem more.
Indeed, bug reports should be as specific as possible, because this kind of software interacts differently from machine to machine. Perhaps bug 1294311 is related to this.
