"About Ubuntu" window doesn't work ("Page Not Found" error)

Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
In Gutsy Gibbon Tribe 4 (live CD), when I open the "About Ubuntu" window from the System menu, I get the following error message:

Page not found
The requested page was not found in the document ///usr/
---
However, looking for the about-ubuntu.xml file with "locate about-ubuntu.xml", I find that the file actually exists in /usr/share/
