[0.91 Tutorial Review] issues with "Shapes" tutorial

During the review[1] for the 0.91 release, the following issues were identified for the Shapes tutorial:

* "The snap angle can be changed in Inkscape Preferences (the Steps tab)." --> in the Prefs Dialog, this is now in Behaviour > Steps
* All shortcuts should show the same modifiers older (Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Key). One inverts Shift and Ctrl : Ctrl+Shift+C.
* Sometimes Click is capitalized, sometimes not. To be consistent with the other tutorials, it should not be capitalized.

Imho it is not a good idea to have partially translated files committed (are the updates to the tutorials that important?). Once into frost, a message to the translators mailing list is necessary to drawn translators attention to the tutorial changes ...

Almost all tutorials give outdated information that needed to be fixed. And the only way for trunk users to see (and comment?) the changes now is having them in the trunk, even if they are not fully translated (yet). And if no translator chimes up for some of the tutorials, I feel it's ok to have some untranslated (but accurate) strings in them.

Agreed. As far as I can tell, that's exactly what's planned.

Yeah, and this late in the development, we am trying to only change / add what needs to be done to make them correct.

There is a lot that *could* be rewritten and reworded, but will focus on that for the next major release.
