Bug Description
Hi,
I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and I am having a problem with my keyboard layout.
My default keyboard layout is Croatian, but every time I restart/turn on my laptop keyboard layout changes to English, but on the top panel the icon shows that I am on Croatian.
So I need first to click on English keyboard layout, and then click again to Croatian to change it.
When I installed Ubuntu this happend just one time, but then after a while this is happening very time I turn my laptop on.
