App uses old framework

When running click-reviewers-tools against core app click packages generated by jenkins, before uploading to store.

We should update to at least ubuntu-sdk-14.04-qml-dev1, as we cannot upload to the store until we do. This means users of Ubuntu Touch 13.10 will no longer get updates for these apps.
