Bug Description
The other api end-points I tried all seemed to work. I was using a ticket created via the django admin interface. I've since destroyed the environment so I can't give exact details.
I saw on ts-django/0 that gunicorn was erroring at os.setpgrp().
The end-point seems to work fine on an HP Cloud deployment.
