Bug Description

CID: 201305-13489

Steps:
1. Install 12.04.4 + update (3.11.0-20)
2. Plug a flash driver to the USB3.0 port
3. Unplug it, and re-plug it

Expected result:
* USB3.0 superspeed flash drive detected as a USB3.0 superspeed device

Actual result:
* It will be detected as a superspeed device at the beginning, but detected as a high-speed device later

Note that this bug is now fixed in 3.16 kernel, see bug 1345895 for more information.

And for saucy, I'm not sure if it's fixed there.
