Bug Description

After the most recent updates today I cannot seem to connect to my wireless router which was possible up until now.

Detailed description:
I put the laptop to sleep, woke it up and it couldn't connect anymore after installing the updates. I restarted the computer twice, did a system cleanup via Bleachbit, didn't help. I can, however, connect to my phone and my phone can connect to the router.

I have to add that everyone else can connect to the same router via Windows 7.

Update: after re-booting the router the connection is resumed, unless that is done Ubuntu is unable to connect even after several attempts at restarting the laptop, not even using an Android (4.4.2) phone as a modem doesn't help distribute the connection.
