"No route to host" when booting seed

Bug Description
I saw this in a couple of CI runs last night:

2014-04-30 00:51:58.332 | ssh: connect to host 192.168.1.25 port 22: No route to host
2014-04-30 00:51:58.332 | dd: writing to `standard output': Broken pipe
It looks like there was a problem connecting to libvirt to start the seed VM, but that's about as far as I got with the logs available.

This was a year ago..
IT's possible that this is still an issue we need to solve, but there doesn't seem to be enough information in this bug to proceed just yet. If this is an issue and we get some more details we can start to track this down.
