migrate_to_whisper.py crashes on mismatches between RRD files and database

The migrate_to_whisper.py conversion script crashes if there is a mismatch between the actual number of data sources in an RRD file and the data sources listed for it in the NAV db.

There isn't much the script can do about it, but it should log the problem and continue converting the rest of the files instead of stopping the entire process.
