In fuel-main help there is no information about PRODUCTION variable.

Do we have it for DOCKER_PREBUILT as well?

AFAIK, the DOCKER_PREBUILT=0 case is equal to the PRODUCTION=dev case? Looks like we should clarify all these cases in docs.

Bogdan, yes. 0 means build alll containers. Where is the best place for relevant docs?
