Bug Description
I cannot seem to be able to submit an application review. Whenever I click submit, a "Failed to submit Review" error shows telling me an error occured communicating with the server.
I've tried this a few times and it doesn't seem to work at all. It keeps doing this.
Trusty 14.04 - fully updated.
Software Centre 13.10-0ubuntu4.1
