Shotwell can't add accounts

shotwell publish button only shows PIWIGO and ADD MORE ACCOUNTS

if you select ADD MORE ACCOUNTS, the dialog forces to close and exits to main window with this messages

(shotwell:3143): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_app_info_get_commandline: assertion 'G_IS_APP_INFO (appinfo)' failed

(shotwell:3143): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_spawn_command_line_async: assertion 'command_line != NULL' failed

I've tried to add google and flickr account in GNOME CONTROL CENTER -> ONLINE ACCOUNTS and shotwell doesn't shows too

It seems may be relationated with https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shotwell/+bug/1244099, but the package gnome-control-center-signon doesn't exist in Trusty
