upgrading to ubuntu 10.04 not possible

Se non vengono installati, segnalare il problema usando il comando «ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core» in un terminale.

I was trying to upgrade from Ubuntu 13.10 (installed on new system about 2 months ago) to 14.04.
I tried to apply some solutions like changing from italian to in server and disabling all added repositories.
