It's not possible to translate the description of the default applications plug.

I created a branch where I updated the default-plug.pot file. I'm not highly knowledgeable on Launchpad translations, but I think this should suffice.
This is one of my first bug fixes, so I may have made some mistakes. Please double-check :)
