Bug Description

In lock screen switch keybord layout with right shift when you use Shift + Shift R switcher.

This bug is appear in any installation of 14.04

Thank you for your bug report, what Ubuntu version and desktop environment are you use? Can you describe exactly how you configured your session and how you trigger the issue?

This is new installation ubuntu 14.04 LTS
