Builddeb complains about missing debian/README.* files

Bug Description

Running bzr builddeb -- -us -uc inside a working tree when there isn't debian/README.Debian an debian/README.source results in:

bzr: ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/benny/ipad-charge/debian/README.source'

However neither of the README.* files are required to be there according to the Debian Policy so builddeb shouldn't be giving this error and failing to build the package.

Hi Benjamin,

bzr-builddeb doesn't enforce the presence of debian/README.Debian or debian/README.source. Is it possible you committed those files to your repository and then deleted them with making anther commit?
