Bug Description

We appear to have ruby 2.1 support in the manifests now and we have moved up to puppet 3.4.2 but we are still installing 1.8.7

as a note, ruby 2.1 is already installed on the fuel node.

Vladimir Sharshov was working on this. Issue is mostly in package, as far as I know - it was complicated to build all required packages for Ubuntu. There are minor issues in puppet manifests too. So we considered to move this to 5.1.
I'll allow Roman Vyalov and Vladimir to comment on this.

Ruby 1.8.7 comes as a part of the Linux distribution, and I believe it should stay as is

In Fuel-7.0 we have ubuntu 14.04 with ruby-1.9.3.4 and Fuel master node with ruby-2.1. We're not going to support CentOS-6.5 in Fuel-7.0, so I'm marking it as invalid for 7.0 and moving to 'future' release.

We had to patch it for centos7 because of https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/10568.
Ubuntu is already using 2.0 from upstream.
